Through this portal any resident of Haryana who has Parivar Pehchan Patra (Parivar Pehchan Patra) and wants to remove any problem related to the scheme can easily remove it. Through this portal you can get ticket for complaint.

हरियाणा सरकार ने अब एक नया पोर्टल शुरू किया है, यह पोर्टल राशन कार्ड और वृद्धावस्था सम्मान भत्ता, विधवा पेंशन, राशन कार्ड (पीडीएस), विकलांग पेंशन और आयुष्मान भारत चिरायु हरियाणा योजना की सुविधाएं प्रदान करता है। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से हरियाणा का कोई भी निवासी जिसके पास परिवार पहचान पत्र (परिवार पहचान पत्र) है और वह योजना से संबंधित किसी भी समस्या को दूर करना चाहता है, तो वह इसे आसानी से दूर कर सकता है। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से आप शिकायत के लिए टिकट प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

1. Through this portal, any BPL, AAY and APL ration card holder resident of Haryana can add or delete name in the ration card and any Ayushman Bharat Yojana family can add member to the scheme through complaint. If someone has died, he can also get his name struck off from both these schemes. Apart from this, the government has also given a chance to change the address and income in the ration card and Ayushman Bharat Yojana through this portal.
2. इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से हरियाणा निवासी कोई भी बीपीएल, एएवाई और एपीएल राशन कार्ड धारक राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ या हटा सकता है और कोई भी आयुष्मान भारत योजना परिवार शिकायत के माध्यम से योजना में सदस्य जोड़ सकता है। अगर किसी की मृत्यु हो गई है तो वह भी इन दोनों योजनाओं से अपना नाम कटवा सकता है। इसके अलावा सरकार ने इस पोर्टल के जरिए राशन कार्ड और आयुष्मान भारत योजना में पता और आय में बदलाव का भी मौका दिया है।

➡️ How to Add Grievance ⬅️

1. Step 1.Visit the website which is given below.
2. Step 2. Click on “Add/view Grievance” option at home page & at main menu also
3. Step 3. Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) id or Aadhaar.
4. Step 4. Verify your PPP id or Aadhaar via OTP. (OTP will be coming on registered mobile number or on Head of the Family member registered number.)
5. Step 5: Once PPP id / Aadhaar id is validated, citizen can see Head of Family member name and registered address. User need to select “Name of Service (OLD AGE SAMMAN Allowance, Widow Pension, Ration Card (PDS), Disabled Pension & Ayushman Bharat Chirayu Haryana Scheme)
6. Step 6: Provide the necessary information as defined, services wise.
7. Step 7: Provide supportive documents, as defined, service wise
8. Step 8: Submit the grievance
9. Step 9: Ticket will be generated for future reference to track your grievance and its status
10. Step 10 : User will be receiving the SMS with confirmation of logging the grievance date, time and it’s tracking id.
