- Lal Dora is an area in which there was no house or land registry. Due to which conflict arose between families and societies. Despite having property, there was no document of ownership of the property. There was no precise demarcation of the land used by the villagers and owned by the Panchayat. Due to which there was encroachment on public places, playgrounds, ponds, drains etc. in the villages.
- लाल डोरा वह क्षेत्र है जिसमें किसी मकान या जमीन की रजिस्ट्री नहीं होती थी। जिसके कारण परिवारों और समाजों के बीच संघर्ष उत्पन्न हुआ। संपत्ति होने के बावजूद संपत्ति के मालिकाना हक का कोई दस्तावेज नहीं था | ग्रामीणों द्वारा उपयोग की जाने वाली और पंचायत के स्वामित्व वाली भूमि का कोई सटीक सीमांकन नहीं था। जिसके कारण गांवों में सार्वजनिक स्थानों, खेल के मैदानों, तालाबों, नालियों आदि पर अतिक्रमण हो गया।
