HKRN Selection Process Change 2023: Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN) has made changes in the recruitment process by amending the policy for the recruitment of temporary employees. For which the Chief Minister has given approval. This revised policy will be released soon. According to the HKRN revised policy, points will now be given for additional educational qualifications and work experience for the state government.

Important Points For HKRN Selection Process Change

50 marks given under the Chief Minister Antyodaya Parivar Utthan Yojana will no longer be available. Earlier, 150 marks were fixed for the selection process, now it has been reduced to 100 marks.

A relaxation of 5 years has also been given in the maximum age limit. An employee appointed under the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN) can remain in service till the maximum age of 58 years. Five marks will also be given for additional skill qualification. Earlier it used to get 20 marks.

These are the main Changes Made in the HKRN Policy

The minimum age limit is 18 years and the maximum is 42 years and the maximum relaxation will be given by 5 years. Apart from the reserved category, this relaxation will also be available in exchange for experience. Maximum age relaxation of 5 years will be given in terms of experience i.e. one year relaxation for each year. If someone has more than 5 years of service experience, he will also get a maximum relaxation of 5 years.

Employees appointed under the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation will now get one casual leave (CL) and one medical leave in a month on a proportionate basis in a year. But a maximum of 10 casual leaves and a maximum of 10 medical leaves can be taken in a year. Female employees will also get the benefit of maternity leave.

Clause 8.2 of the old policy of Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN) has been deleted, in which there was a condition to give priority to the experienced candidate of this district and if not available, to give appointment to other qualified candidates from other district and in the absence of both. Now this close has been deleted.

Now the selection in Haryana Skill Employment Corporation (HKRN) will be on the basis of a maximum of 100 marks. In which the distribution of marks is as follows.

  • Family Income: According to Family Identity Card Verification, candidates with income less than Rs 180000 will get 40 marks.
  • You will get 10 marks according to the age verified on the family identity card.
  • Five points will be given for additional skill qualification
  • Five marks will be given for additional educational qualification
  • There will be 10 marks according to socio-economic criteria
  • CET pass candidates will be given 10 marks
  • There will be 10 marks for ease of deployment
  • And 10 marks will be given for work experience in state government.

Thus, recruitment will be done on the basis of a total of 100 marks. Earlier, according to the Skill Employment Corporation policy, the selection was done on the basis of 100 marks, which has now been reduced to 100 marks.

On a socio-economic basis, 10 marks will be given as follows: In the case of orphans, 10 marks will be given but this will be given to candidates up to 25 years of age. If you are a widow you will get five points and if you are fatherless you will get five points.
